How long does delivery take?
Every item is printed on demand, specifically for your order. Allow 2–5 business days for production, then 2–4 days for delivery within South Africa. Total: roughly 4–9 business days from order to door.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because your order goes to print almost immediately, we can't guarantee changes or cancellations once it's confirmed. If you need to make a change, contact us within 1 hour of ordering and we'll do our best, but we can't always catch it in time.
Do you ship outside South Africa?
Currently we ship within South Africa only. International shipping is something we're working on, follow us on Instagram to hear when it launches.
What if my item arrives damaged or with a print defect?
That's on us. Send us a photo of the item and your order number and we'll arrange a replacement or refund, no hassle.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every item is printed on demand for you, we don't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering. If your item is faulty or incorrect, see the question above.
Where is my order?
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received it after 8 business days, reach out below with your order number and we'll investigate.
